Armasight Sidekick 320

Description

The Armasight Sidekick 320 is the smallest fully multi-functional 12-micron 320 thermal imaging monocular on the market. This unit boasts a fast 60Hz frame rate for smooth operation and industry-best, outstanding visual acuity, based on Armasight’s Iron Wolf thermal technology platform.

The detector / thermal core is the ArmaCORE 320 x 240, 12um, and 60 Hz. The The objective lens is 9.1mm with fixed focus and the native optical magnification is 1x with 1-4x digital zoom. The Sidekick is powered by a single CR123A including rechargeable and can use 2x CR123A or 16650 with the included battery extender (16650 not included), and has a USB-C port for remote power capability using a USB battery pack.

The high definition 1024×768 OLED display provides a crisp image, with iconography providing key information. The Sidekick utilizes simplified 3 button controls that allow for easy manipulation in the field and offers one-touch in-unit video recording to capture all of your experiences.

Weighing under 210 grams, the Sidekick 320 can be used as a handheld mini-monocular or can be head/helmet mounted utilizing the built-in mini- rail for hands-free operation.

The Armasight Sidekick 320 also has the ability to shift the thermal image to collimate the Sidekick's image with a bridged PVS-14. The Rayvn Group LLC Rayvn Rail is recommended for bridge mounting the Sidekick 640 with a PVS-14. There is no need to purchase any additional arm accessories for use with the Rayvn Rail (a dovetail helmet mount such as the Wilcox G24 is required). The Noisefighters Panobridge is also compatible however Noisefighters Mini-Rail Arm must be purchased separately from Noisefighters.

The Noisefighters RMAX14 or MRX-PRO arm are recommended for helmet mounting the Sidekick 320 by itself for use helmet mounted (a dovetail helmet such as the Wilcox G24 is required).
